7:00 pm

Cardio Funk offers students a means to get fit and have fun dancing to the beat.  Every step from warm-up to cool-down, is set to hip hop grooves, allowing students maximum opportunity to express themselves through dance.  Ramona teaches dance in a non-intimidating atmosphere, breaking down every step, and spending more time on complex combinations.  Newcomers and regulars alike appreciate Ramona's ability to motivate and energize the class.  Try something new!


 

About Ramona Percell...
Teaching dance is a passion for Ramona who has taught Cardio Funk classes at several health clubs in Northern California and DC for over 4 years.
She has performed with the dance troupe
Funkaddiction at the Alice Arts Center in Oakland, CA and has also trained under Culture Shock (West Coast).
